The Purchasing Department manages the expenditures of all college funds to achieve the maximum value per dollar spent. Illinois Central College’s purchasing procedures are consistent with the Illinois Public Community College Act and represent the intentions and goals of its Board of Trustees.

Opening: Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 3:00PM CDT

ICC Window & Panel Replacement Courtyard Project

Sealed proposals will be received by Illinois Central College at the Library and Administration Building Purchasing Department, Room L120A located at, 1 College Dr. East Peoria, IL 61635-001 until 10:00 AM, CST, Friday April 11th, 2025 for: ICC Window & Panel Replacement Courtyard Project. At which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to Illinois Central College in an amount of five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid must be submitted with bid proposals. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held, Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at 1:00 PM Illinois Central College East Peoria Campus Courtyard located just outside the dinning area, and is open to all prospective bidders.

Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Owner and Architect in the bid documents and copies thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
